Anyone know how big the student body was a RCC?

Maybe that is true...but unfortunately when someone says a lot of stupid things, I have a hard time listening to what they have to say that might not be.

All I know is that I remember one time Ray Grant saying, "Cheri Jo bates was not in the RCC Library!"

and a few minutes later, by pure coincidence, I came upon a picture of her captioned: "Cheri Jo Bates in the RCC Library".

I doubt that the picture was from the same date, but it made me chuckle.

Anyone know how big the student body was a RCC?

Wotcher mate - it's 34,058 now, according to:
http://www.campusdiscovery.com/colleges ... p-reminder

- and a population of around 300,000 according to Wiki.
Numbers on Wiki show the population in total as being between 84,000 and 140,000 between 1960 and 1970, so obviously a time of growth, no?
If we assume the same kind of ratio between students and population, just as a figure to hang a hat on, we can probably guess between 10,000 and 20,000 in the mid 1960's.

If there's a place with accurate demographics, I haven't yet found it.

He does seem to find that Cheri ate roast beef to be some smoking gun.

Here's a few words of wisdom from Ray Grant:

How dare we ask people to actually have some basis for the things they say. I guess we should just accept things that people make up off the top of their heads without question. And how is that working out?

This explains why Grant is so determined to establish her timeline.

But the most egregious incongruity of all is the basic forensic fact that the medical examiner estimated Cheri Bates had last eaten 2-4 hours prior to her death.

TWO to FOUR hours.

The estimated time of death, consistent with a loud scream heard at approximately 10:30pm . . . was 10:30pm.

That means, according to the medical examiner, that Cheri Bates ate sometime between 6:30pm and 8:30pm.

Following this, taken as fact, Cheri shouldn't have been at the library at this time because she was eating some roast beef. Precluding the possibility that she could have brought food with her and ate it (Grant doesn't consider this), I'd say he proved his case. Right? err... no.

Cheri Bates shouldn’t have had ANY food in her stomach, if she last ate at 5pm.

And we know she last ate at 5pm, because what she ate at 5pm is what was found in her stomach. So how was any of it still there?

....Unless she was abducted, which, as I’ve said, would have happened around 6:20pm that evening. In that case, Cheri would have spent the final four hours of her life in FEAR of her life. And that’s what her stomach is telling us.

No, you and her stomach are telling us that she ate 2-4 hours from when she died, which you just apparently proved, and now you are telling us to dismiss in favor of your new timeline. What?
