I was angry at Princein making a political comment, not you TF.

He attacked a labor party youth camp and detonated a bomb near the offices of Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg. It isn't that much of a stretch, nor does it require a soap box, to think it was politically motivated. Who has grievances against the ruling party? You could argue Greens or reds could have perpetrated this too, but I highly doubt it.

Reuters is reporting initially that the man who murdered the children at the camp was connected to the bombing...now they have not retracted that statement, but it has not been confirmed either...Undetonated expolosives were also found at the camp.

Various news outlets have also reported Muslim extremist groups recruiting more "blond/white/whatever you want to call them" individuals who speak other languages...

Folks...humor is not appropriate at this time. Don't give me any snarky or adolescent reason for it...I'm not interested in your reasoning; just don't do it.

If any of you have children, you can only imagine the horror for these parents who thought they were sending their kids for an idyllic camp experience to a safe, out-of-the-way island...

Making biased political and other statements without facts is what causes this board to go downhill fast. If you don't know who did this, then I think it's best to wait until the facts come out before making these kinds of statements. If I said it was a left wing progressive socialist who did this just to blame it on the right wing I'd be just as wrong.

It could be but I think it's a bit premature to start guessing. I don't want this thread to divolve into a nasty political debate about which side has worst extremists, and miss the real issue which is the loss of the lives of children (one of life's greatest tragedies).

I´m actually in Copenhagen Denmark (ca 600 miles south of Oslo), but I have family and friends in Oslo and I´m half norwegian, my relatives and friends are safe as far as I know so far.
But this attack is Scandinavias 9/11
